What to expect with a Managed IT Subscription

Create your package

Choose the services, software and hardware that you need for your business. You can use our online form to put your package together, or we can schedule a time to speak with you about your needs. Once we understand your business and your needs, we will provide a quote.

Transition plan

Once you have accepted our quote, we will work with you to create a transition plan. Depending on the number of users and the complexity of your IT systems, we can usually complete a transition within 1-2 weeks. We focus on ensuring the integrity of your systems and minimal disruption to your users during the transition period

Onboarding

During the onboarding process we focus on building relationships with your users, and ensuring everyone has what they need to work effectively. We also work with any old providers to transition their services and implement remote access and monitoring to ensure we can manage any issues that arise quickly.

Ongoing

Once you are on board, all you need to do is call or email our helpdesk for support with any IT problem. We monitor your systems to ensure everything is running smoothly. If you need to add or remove services, users or hardware, you can do so at any time. Our main focus is on ensuring you and your users have a great experience with your IT.
