The Helpdesk is a team of experienced IT professionals on standby to solve any IT challenge you may have. You can access remote support by phone or email, or we can dispatch a technician to your location if required.
When you contact us, we will create a support ticket to document and track the resolution of your issue.
For new clients, our helpdesk is available 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday AEST, or talk to us about extended helpdesk hours with a Managed IT Subscription.
Customers with an IT Subscription: $142.00/hour
Customers without an IT Subscription: $159.00/hour
Customers with a Managed IT subscription: receive unlimited Helpdesk support included in their package.
Helpdesk support is charged in 15 minute increments.
Onsite callouts incur a minimum charge of 1 hour.
Travel charges apply outside the Launceston area
